Aqua

aqua kyoto, aqua nueva, regents street restaurants

Aqua Restaurant is located at the former Dickins & Jones department store on Regent Street. The Restaurant was named as one of the best newcomers by the restaurant guide Square Meal.

The venue is divided by two excellent worldwide cuisines. The Aqua Nueva and Aqua Kyoto, which I particularly prefer.

The menu at Aqua Nueva has an excellent lineage. The menu was designed by the Spaniard Alberto Hernández, a former chef at el Bulli. In addition, it has plenty of different options such as Castilian roast lamb, crab ravioli with grilled cuttlefish and lobster with chickpeas and
crispy pork.

On the other hand, the Aqua Kyoto is extremely well-known as being an upmarket fine dining destination for Japonese food lovers. The restaurant has a typical western-style and has a lovely five stars hotel look. The menu offers a great variety of food such as black miso cod with yuzu curd & tonburi and their marvelous pot roasted lobster with sweet chilli in a kafa lime sauce. I would highly recommend the japanese restaurant if you are willing to have an exceptional dinning experience.

Aqua restaurant has two roof terraces from which you can get a wonderful view of the superb upper architecture of Regent Street and central London. The atmosphere, food and drinks are just excellent, why would it not be one of the most enjoyable places to go in London?
