The freshness, quality and intense flavour of the ingredients in each dish is fabulous. Zuma’s mouth-watering menu has a vast option of food. I would highly recommend their ise ebi (which is a whole native lobster tempura with spicy ponzu), their delicious section of sushi & sashimi ( california maki, dynamite spider roll, spicy tuna roll, unagi bo zushi and zuma chirashi maki) and also their robata grill’s part of the menu.
If you have to wait for a table do not hesitate to have a drink at Zuma’s bar. It has a incredible list of spectacular cocktails. Amazing service, extraordinary atmosphere and delightful food, what could be better?
